This picture was taken September 13th, 2008 as my company (California Family Fitness) had all of the managers help out with the Sacramento Food Bank.  I am third from left with the brown shirt.  You can check out our web site at www.californiafamilyfitness.com.  We sent out two teams that day to two locations.

I have been with California Family Fitness here in Sactown for 9 years as a General Mgr. I also handle a lot of their outside marketing and I have my own consulting business as well as doing motivational speaking.  I still work out everyday and have maintained “highschool body and hair.”
